I Just found "Virtual Machine Additions Shared Folder Service" on all virtual
servers are stopped and cannot be started. any suggestion? Thanks.

Now way to use the shared folders function, Virtual Server doesn't
support it. VPC supports it and they have common additions, that's
why it's there...
