I was wondering, I have a SBS2003 R2 SP2 server.
Q1. Is it possible to install Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1,
then WinXP SP2 / SP3, then Game in Server mode ?
Or should /can I pick Virtual PC 2004 instead (no intentions towards
Vista btw) ?

What about:
Q2. Host SBS 2003 security ?
Q3. Host SBS 2003 performance ?
Q4. Guest Game Server Performance ?
Q5. Guest Game Server Limitations (video, audio, etc.) ?

SBS is not a great platform to use for a virtualization host. It has a lot
going on for a single server, and it has a hard limit of 4GB of RAM. Between
the two, I find performance of virtual machines less than optimal. It is,
however, technically possible - just not a great fit.
