SCVMM 0 Mgr - Connections Crash/ Reboot my Remote Mgmt PC

This one is good!

Remote Management SCVMM 2007 PC Reboots.....when controlling VM's installed
on SCVMM 2007 Main/HOST Server.
No Event Log Errors on Remt-Mgmt PC - PC Reboots HARD ..meaning...as if I
just turned the PC on...and PC Load

BIOS Startup Splash Screen...and then continues to WinXP x32 SP2 OS start/
starting....NOTHING happens to the

SCVMM HOST server...and ALL VM's continue to run on SCVMM 2007
HOST....Reboot Issue happens on the Remote

SCVMM PC, in XP and Vista...( both OS's are installed seperate Drives on
this box...Using BIOS "drive select"

Boot OS options

SCVMM 2007 Running on Internal Net Server
OS: Win 2k3 -R2 x64 with SP 2
Dual Gigabit Nic
4 Gg mem

=Notes==============
Migrated "Guest's" - Files from Local install of VMM 2005 R2 over to new
SCVMM 2007 Host Server
Can startup the "Guest" VHD's that have been migrated/imported over to SCVMM
2007

ALL SCVMM Guest's Bound to 1 Intel NIC #1..
ALL other Server functions Bound to other Intel NIC #2

Remote Management PC of SCVMM 2007 Admin Console
Intel x38 PCB with Intel e8400 CPU
4 Gig Mem
Intel Giga NIC's (2) - 1 Disabled
Dual Monitor setup with ATI 3650 card

SCVMM Admin Console...
This problem or the Hard Reboot" appears/happens in Vista, x32 or XP SP2 X32
when connecting to Host x64

Win2k3 R2 Server on Internal Network

Varies in time frame when this Hard reboot happens....can start up VM's on
Host, and also access for a little

while....but then HARD Reboot happens from Mgmt PC for SCVMM 2007

=Note:============= All systems reside behind ISA 2006 Network...ISA 2006
Logs also do not show any issue...no

log "paper trail" anywhere to show why this happens for the mamagement
client ....
