ADS error when deploying image to a virtual server

ADS (Automated Deployment Service) gets the error "The volume is not large
enough to restore the image" when in the stage of dowloading a captured image
to a virtual machine. ADS setup is all good until the stage of downloading
image following partitioning disk that is succesfull. The vhd is setup as
fixed size with 5GB on both Master Device and Destination Device. The ADS is
configured in Virtual Server 2005 EE R2 SP1. Anyone know how to fix it?
