A couple of month ago someone asked about this. Well this week I tried and
it works fine under VPC 7 as long as you follow these simple instructions.

I tried Ubuntu 7.04 and Zebuntu Beta 3 and both worked fine. Only thing to
keep in mind is that you need to re-apply the --i8042.noloop after every
main Linux Kernel update. I found this out today when I updated Ubuntu
7.04. The mouse quit working until I rebooted with the hack and re-applied
it.
