Running VPC 2007 on Windows Vista.
I have noticed that when running a VPC image, either an existing one or
installing a new OS on the VPC (WS2003 EE R2) that the VPC is jerky....it
goes slow and fast constantly instead of one steady stream if you see what I
mean.

Any ideas what could be the problem? It just does a bunch of stuff first,
then stops for about 0.4 seconds then continues on doing the next batch of
stuff....then stops...then....you get the idea.
