I installed the latest NVida driver hoping it was a Video driver
issue. I imagine it still is some sort of conflict but I don't have a
clue on how to fix it.

HP xw4400 Workstation. OS - Vista Enterprise 64Bit, Quad core @ 2.66,
4 gig of Ram, NVidia Quadro FX 1500.
