256 x 256 pixel icon for Windows Vista?

Seriously. This is a Microsoft program, on a Microsoft operating system, and
we don't have a 256 x 256 pixel icon as per the Windows Vista interface
guidelines specify.

I don't mean to criticize what is a trivial point here, but some of us users
would like to have a consistent interface. While it isn't at ALL acceptable
to outright ignore Microsoft's guidelines for applications coded for it's
operating systems, it's almost expected from a third-party company. But to
have Microsoft programs that fail to adhere to their own standards? That's...
a little absurd, I think it's fair to say.

Could we please get a 256 x 256 pixel icon, or, for that matter, icons at
all sizes? I KNOW that those of us at 120 DPI mode would be deeply
appreciative of this, as standard XP-sized icons look TERRIBLE at 120 DPI
(they did at 120 DPI in XP, as well). Vista seems to "enforce" that this
shouldn't happen -- so let's nuke this problem, and get some good, rich,
good-looking icons, eh?

Here's a screenshot to what my Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 icon looks like
